Moody Amphitheater Austin Concerts & Tickets

Outdoor Concerts in Waterloo Park

The amphitheater sits within an 11-acre urban park near Austin’s Red River Cultural District. Its open-air setting and large lawn give touring shows a festival-like feel without leaving downtown.

The venue hosts both ticketed concerts and community events throughout the year.

A 5,000-Capacity Downtown Stage

Moody Amphitheater can accommodate up to about 5,000 guests, making it large enough for significant touring artists while remaining much smaller than an arena.

That size makes it a strong fit for artists who want a major outdoor production without losing the atmosphere of a more compact venue.

Planning a Show at Moody Amphitheater

The venue is located at 1401 Trinity St in Waterloo Park. Because concerts are outdoors, weather and Texas heat can be part of the experience.

Check event-specific information for gates, permitted items, parking, rideshare and any weather-related updates before attending.
