Antone's Nightclub Austin Concerts & Tickets

Antone’s Nightclub is one of the most important rooms in Austin music history. Founded by Clifford Antone in 1975, the club built its reputation around the blues and helped connect Austin audiences with legends such as B.B. King, Muddy Waters and Ray Charles while nurturing local artists including Stevie Ray Vaughan and The Fabulous Thunderbirds. Today, Antone’s remains an active downtown venue with a calendar that reaches beyond blues while keeping that history at the center of its identity.

Antone's Nightclub Austin Concerts & Tickets

Home of the Blues Since 1975

Antone’s influence reaches far beyond the size of the room. The club became a meeting point for touring blues legends and Austin musicians, helping shape a part of the city’s sound that still matters decades later.

Its history is closely tied to artists such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimmie Vaughan and The Fabulous Thunderbirds.

An Intimate Downtown Austin Venue

The current Antone’s sits at 305 E 5th Street in downtown Austin. Compared with the city’s theaters and arenas, it offers a much closer, club-style concert experience.

The calendar can include blues, rock, soul, roots music and other artists whose live shows work especially well in a smaller room.

Seeing a Show at Antone’s

Antone’s has moved several times over its history, but its current Fifth Street location brings the club back close to where its Austin story began.
